Great Commission Pentecostal Church is an Apostolic Church.  For those who may not be familiar with the term Apostolic, it simply means, Apostle -like.  In other words, on a very fundamental level, the message the apostles preached to those first identified as "believers", is what we still believe, teach, and preach today. 

We believe, as is taught in the word of God, that man is a sinner and needs salvation from the consequences of his sin.  This consequence is an eternity separated from the presence of God in a place of unimaginable torment. 

Praise God he's made a way of escape. God loved us so much that he became our payment by humbling himself and taking on flesh by being birthed into this world through the human beings that he created, living sinless, and offered his flesh as the only sacrifice, acceptable to his own righteous standard, to pay for our sins.  We have a role in the process and that is to be obedient to the plan of salvation his word so plainly teaches.

We will endeavor through this website and a host of different means to convey, convince, persuade, and by whatever means made available, share our insight into the word of God.  Our goal is to point people to Christ by increasing their understand of the relevancy of the word of God as well as how their life can be changed by the gospel.
