Pastor and First Lady Charlene Johnson have worked in various ministries in several states helping to promote the kingdom of God. Originally from Pennsylvania, since an early age, God has impressed the state of Arizona upon Pastor Johnson's heart. He studied theology at Texas Bible College and gained insightful experience laboring in churches in and around Houston, TX, Greenville, North Carolina, and Arizona. Pastor Johnson enjoys helping people challenge the status quo to succeed in their Spiritual life as well as in other endeavors.
Together with the congregation of GCPC, we eagerly look forward to what God has in store.

Bro. Ralph Gomez
is passion about soul winning and disciple making. Bible Studies and sharing truth by reaching people at the point of their need takes patience and confidence, and lots of study to show one's self capable and competent.
We can arrange a bible study for all who may be interested through our team of teachers under the leadership of our Bible Study Coordinator, Bro. Ralph Gomez.

Great Commission Pentecostal Church is an Apostolic Church. For those who may not be familiar with the term Apostolic, it simply means, Apostle-like. In other words, on a very fundamental level, the message the apostles preached to those first identified as "believers", is what we still believe, teach, and preach today.

We believe, as is taught in the word of God, that man is a sinner and needs salvation from the consequences of his sins. This consequence, which occurs after one's life here on earth is over, consists of eternal separation from the presence of God in a place of unimaginable torment, called Hell!

But Praise be to God because he's made a way of escape. God loved us so much that he became our payment by humbling himself and taking on flesh by being birthed into this world through the human beings that he created, living sinless, and offered his life in the flesh as the only sacrifice, acceptable to his own righteous standard, to pay for our sins. We each have a role in the process and that is to be obedient to the plan of salvation his word so plainly teaches.

We will endeavor through this website and a host of different other means to convey, convince, persuade, and by whatever means available, share our insight into the word of God because it is the most important thing in anyone's life as it determines their ultimate future.

Our goal is to point people to Christ by increasing their understand of the relevancy of the word of God as well as how their life can be changed by the gospel, resulting in a greatly anticipated eternity with him.
